I’m really struggling to stay on top of all the demands in my life. I’m not stressed or unhappy, just conscious that I’m not getting everything that I need to do done – this blog included! (I’m meant to post to this blog 5 times a week and many of you will be used to this).

A summary of the exciting demands in my life:

  1. Fulfilling design solutions for ongoing customers who are now approaching me! (After chasing customers and dealing with not so great clients this is refreshing and very very good).
  2. Ongoing work for the now post launch of the Best of Zambia project. (The launch went much better than we could possibly have imagined and now we have to fine tune our product quickly – SEO, article writing, copy writing, traffic generation, delivering on product and ROI for clients)!
  3. I’m now being approached by people who have heard of Success University and want to work with me and that means I need to ensure I support them as much as I promise to do. (Again this absolutely fab because I love the product and the idea of working with people for mutual benefit).
  4. My great friend who I shared a room with at boarding school for a whole year is stopping by for 3 days from Thursday. We’ve not seen each other for over 10 years and this time we get to meet our other halves! (Really looking forward to this and the punting experience in Cambridge and grateful that their visit forces me to stop for 3 whole days – but must tidy house and prep guest bedroom)!
  5. I have a heap of speaking roles coming up at my Toastmaster club and that too is brill because it helps me achieve my goal for ‘Competent Communicator’ Award by June but it involves a lot of preparation!
  6. Of course I have a relationship to keep happy too!

Everything pretty much involves the above things. The solution I guess is to change my language from ‘I’m not getting everything done’ to ‘I can get everything done’ and I just need to work on my scheduling and drop a few things down the list of importance.

But really what I’d like to do is say to the readers of this blog, my twitter followers, by customers and friends that bare with me, take this confession on bored, stick with me – there’s so much exciting stuff on it’s way!

Thank you!
